Animation Academy Schedule is a small crowdsourced schedule tracker. This policy describes information processed when you contribute a schedule.

What Is Collected

  • Schedule information you submit, such as the date, times, and characters.
  • An optional source photo.
  • An anonymous submission cookie, hashed identifiers including hashed IP information, and operational records used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and review.
  • Bot-verification information when submission verification is enabled.

Photos

New photo uploads are decoded and re-encoded before storage to remove embedded metadata, including EXIF location data. The site does not request device geolocation for submissions.

Photos are stored privately and may be processed by automated image-analysis services to extract and review schedule information. Photos are not displayed publicly.

Use and Sharing

Submitted information is used to operate the schedule tracker, review and publish schedule information, secure submissions, and troubleshoot the service. It may be processed by hosting, storage, automated extraction, and security providers as needed to provide those functions. Submitted information is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention

  • A photo not attached to a schedule is eligible for deletion after 72 hours.
  • A photo attached only to a non-canonical schedule is eligible for deletion 30 days after upload.
  • A photo supporting the currently approved schedule is retained privately for auditability unless removed by the operator.
  • Operational holds or cleanup retries may delay photo deletion.

The anonymous submission cookie may remain in your browser for up to one year. Schedule and operational records are retained as needed to operate and protect the site.

Choices and Contact

You may submit schedule information manually without uploading a photo. Do not upload photos containing people or personal information.

This site is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit information or photos if you are under 13.

For a privacy question or deletion request, use the issue reporting page. Because issues are public, do not post sensitive information; request a private contact method if needed.

Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
